These large size pouches are exclusive to the website and represent a significant saving when compared to the equivalent weight of spice blend purchased in the smaller pack sizes. DA MALAT spice blends and BBQ meat rubs are now available in: 75g, 150g, 225g, 375g and 500g

DA MALAT has launched a catering size pouch within it's spice blends and BBQ meat rubs. 225g pouch is now available for Chinese Salt & Pepper Spice Mix with more to follow. The new pack size will save customers 20% on the price of buying the equivalent weight in individual 75g pouches.

Thanks for the very quick delivery of spices I purchased off ebay. Tried the Memphis Dust first and I can't get past this one to try the others. This stuff is bl**dy addictive!! Used the Memphis Dust on fish to begin with as per the recipe on the website. I've since used it on chicken, pork and even rice to boost an otherwise boring dish. On a weight loss program at the moment so being able to liven up the food is great. I'll try the other spices I bought but probably not until I've run out of Memphis Dust.

Bought the Doner Kebab Spice Mix off ebay and followed the recipe on the DA MALAT website. Oh my god!!! couldn't believe how nice it was and how it was exactly the same as my takeaway. The kids loved it as well. Telling all my friends about DA MALAT's Doner Kebab Mix !!!! I've attached some images of the kebabs I made, fantastic.
